Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. dg99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

  Account Closure by Player

  You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dg99 support. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before closure. Active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Closure requests made as a responsible gaming measure are processed with priority.

  Protection of Minors

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dg99 Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  Fraudulent Activity

  Any attempt to defraud dg99 or other players, including providing false registration information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or engaging in any form of collusion with other players.

  Money Laundering

  Using the dg99 Platform for any money laundering activity or depositing funds obtained through illegal means. dg99 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all accounts and transactions. Suspicious activity is reported to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

  Multiple Accounts

  Registering or operating more than one dg99 Account under any identity, for any purpose including circumventing restrictions, claiming bonuses more than once, or bypassing a self-exclusion or suspension. If duplicate accounts are identified, all linked accounts will be reviewed and may be closed with funds forfeited.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  dg99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorised access, or KYC non-compliance.

  Termination by dg99

  dg99 may permanently terminate any Account found to be in material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part at dg99's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. dg99 will provide written notification of termination where reasonably practicable.

• 8.3
  Effect of Termination

  Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the dg99 Platform ceases immediately. Accrued obligations arising prior to termination — including settlement of legitimate pending withdrawals — will be honoured subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Clauses relating to limitation of liability and prohibited conduct survive termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions. dg99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform.

  Extent of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dg99's total liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. dg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind.

10. Amendments to These Terms

dg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dg99 will endeavour to notify registered players through a notice on the Platform or via the contact details held on their Account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at dg99.vin/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform.
